The room at this hotel was incredibly spacious and impressive with a jetted tub. the property was in a central setting in a green grassy area.

The breakfast served was incredibly nice.

My room had great amenities like climate control, multi-channel television, and a coffeemaker. the private bathroom in the room had all the essentials. - the location was ideal, close to a restaurant, Hwy 14, industrial park, trailer park. - A sponsored museum, a main attraction, was just 2 miles away from the hotel.

Nothing good to say ! I was unfairly treated because I was a smoker. The online booking of a room was fraudulent when it asked me smoking or not smoking, I choose this hotel because it could give me a smoking room. However when I arrived, the hotel staff told me I could not get a smoking room, and pointed to a big sign, the sign stated "this is a non- smoking facility". Also this was pre booked , I could not cancel . I would still be charged for my room. This is not fair. I will start reporting this unfairness at the end of this week !

Liar, liar, liar,, shame on you for mis-leading

Excellent experience at the Best Western Kiva Inn in Fort Collins. Updated room with a balcony, TV, coffee maker, and work desk. Magnificent location close to a fine restaurant, Char Broiler, an industrial park, and Boulder. Very nice staff providing great service. Awesome food options nearby like Pizza Hut just 15 minutes away.

Very clean room, very comfortable bed. The tv was kind of strange in that you have to view it from straight on otherwise the picture looked warped, sort of concave. Everything else was great, the staff was extremely helpful.

I didn't really like where the hot tub was located right off the lobby, seemed kind of like and afterthought.

We had a great stay here for two nights, loving the modern room with a jetted tub, clean amenities, friendly service, and delicious food.

The hotel is brand-new and fairly clean. The staff is pleasant and understanding, always with a smile. The location is marvelous, just next door to the outskirts of Ft and the Lincoln Center.

The staff members were really nice, they were helpful with any problems I had, and I loved the setup of the double room with a spacious bathroom and a relaxing spa tub.

The place was moderately priced. Everything was great, magnificent location right by many restaurants within walking distance, a great classic steak house, the Charco Broiler and permanent trailer park at the back of the property, polite staff.

The hotel is in a central location near a great steakhouse. The room I was given was reasonably spacious. I had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and accommodating.

The hot tub and sauna were clean and functional. Beds were comfy, staff helpful. Good value, decent breakfast. Convenient coffee and creamer options. Nearby steakhouse from 1957. Will return!

This place offers great value for the price. It's a really nice and tidy hotel. Plus, it's located smack dab in the middle of everything, close to an awesome steakhouse. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond 🌟.
